Who we are...
Real Property Advocates, Inc. is a full service real estate brokerage located at 6250 State Farm Drive in Rohnert Park, California. We are members of the CPS marketing alliance and we do business as CPS/Property Advocates. The CPS Alliance is made up of independently owned offices located in the North Bay. By belonging to the Alliance, we combine the service and accountability associated with smaller offices, with large market impact.
CPS/Property Advocates concentrates on selling residential and income properties along the 101 corridor from Novato to Cloverdale. Agent expertise also includes country property and land development. The office consists of approximately 50 full time sales associates and brokers. Our support staff consists of an office manager, escrow coordinators, and an office assistant. Owner/Broker supervision is on site.
Real Property Advocates has our own lending department, RPA Financial. Our clients can benefit from the efficiencies created by our own on-site loan staff. Loan representatives are in the office to answer questions and streamline the buying and selling process.
Liberty Property Management, provides on site property management services for clients with income property. We now can help clients buy, sell, finance, and manage investments.
